The Chicago Public Library Foundation is a sub-recipient of Sustainable Broadband Adoption BTOP funds. They received money to support the purchase of electronic equipment for the expansion of the innovative YOUMedia program into three branch libraries:
- Richard M. Daley
- Lozano Library
- Thurgood Marshall Library
