Civic Innovation Summer 2013 is an experimental summer jobs program for teens focused on civics, media, and technology. The teens will be trained to be Change-makers empowered to use the latest digital tools to organize themselves, amplify their voice, and take positive civic action. The program will be implemented by three Chicago organizations, with support from the City of Chicago Department of Family and Support Services:
