Andrew Briggs is currently the lead developer on the Chicago Health Atlas and the Chicago Early Learning Portal projects. He is an independent software consultant based in Chicago. Previously, he has built tools for The Washington Post, Stanford’s PERTS Education Lab, and Narrative Science.
