Lin is currently serving as a Chicago Health Corps Member-Health Navigator with Smart Chicago at the Cook County Health and Hospitals System-Fantus General Medicine Clinic location.
She is from Atlanta, GA, and recently graduated from Johns Hopkins where she studied Public Health and Biology.
In her current position, she engages with patients to inform them about the concept of a patient-centered medical home, and to empower them in their healthcare decisions.
