A Testimonial on BCE from Anthony Caballero, Technology Instructor
Since the launch of the new Basic Computer Education (BCE) program, we have had an abundant amount of success by providing an impactful hands-on experience coupled with an enriched curriculum to our clients. The success is measured by two key variables as a result from the information we provided and retained by the clients from 12 sessions totaling 30 hours in a month. This assessment is validated during the final day where clients utilize all the materials gained and give Power Point presentations on topics of their choice and sign up for our advance certification course.
Thus far, 99% of clients from February’s session who gave an impressive presentation advanced and completed our Microsoft Word certification program. We influenced the 1% to enroll in college and updates were promised to us. I have recorded:
- 60%, to have passed the Microsoft Word certification exam and enrolled in our Microsoft Excel Course. This number is projected to rise to 100% by April 26, 2013
- Presentations and Emails containing words of appreciation
100% of March’s graduating class are currently enrolled our Microsoft Word certification program and 100% passing rate is projected by May 17, 2013.

We are heading into week two for April’s Class and the group is very enthusiastic and has gravitated very well to the curriculum. Accomplished thus far:
